RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Tableau Developer with Python experience to work in one of the three locations - Denver, STL, or Charlotte. They will be required to go in 3 days a week to the office on a hybrid schedule.

Summary:Nearly half our company's sales revenue is generated by orders originated in our online sales portals. Those sales stem from B2C and B2B eCommerce, retail, eTail, and internal agent sales channels, as well as existing customer upgrades. The Tableau Developer will support our Instant Upgrade sales channel as the business owners prepare for several projects and desire to better leverage their data. To successfully deliver, the Tableau Developer will work with external team leads to gain access to and leverage data from sources previously untapped by our team. This person will reside in either Denver (where the new data and business is located) or St. Louis (where our team is stationed) and will travel to the other location up to 25% of the time (once normal work and travel schedules are restored).

Responsibilities: Collaborating with the reporting product manager to identify opportunities to improve existing Tableau dashboards Working directly with the sales channel's business owner to identify, report, track and deliver reporting requirements Designing and developing visually appealing and contextually meaningful reports and dashboards that will be reviewed by senior leadership Be a team SME for Tableau visualization best practices and solutions Mining data from a variety of sources owned by different organizations within the Enterprise; Sources include application logs, SQL and NoSQL databases, data lakes, marts and warehouses Designing, implementing and updating basic Alteryx work flows to process information from multiple sources Partnering with internal and external teams to provide insights that result in the resolution of chronic issues impacting online sales metrics

REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience as a Tableau developer 1+ years of experience as a data or business systems analyst Experience using Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Stitch, DataStage, Tableau, Informatica, Spotfire or similar BI tools Highly capable of leading dashboard design and review sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details, as well as elaborate process flows A strong, team oriented spirit, a mindset focused on learning and achieving objectives, and the discipline to work rigorously while unmonitored An appetite for working in a fast paced, quick changing, environment and spending time on multiple unrelated tasks/projects Experience reporting on ordering metrics of subscription-based services highly desirable Advanced level expertise with Tableau Fluency with SQL Experience working with structured

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
