• They are looking for 6-8 year experienced people.
• test management and triage
• Most of the work our technical analysts do there is order fallout triage and analysis.
• They look at the E2E order to cash flow and triage root cause for order fallout (i.e. any manual touch required to activate service or bill).
• They then take that root cause and determine if a Change Request should be submitted to address future fallout.
• If so, they write the requirements and prioritize for implementation.
• Cable/Telco background a plus if it is Order to Cash experience
• basic sql knowledge
• user story elicitation
