Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier-1&2 technical support for hardware/software issues.

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a technical support role addressing software issues, hardware issues, etc.
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience supporting and configuring mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting MS Office (O365) products.
  • Expertise in supporting Windows 10.
  • Experience with the following:
    • Active Directory;
    • Imaging machines;
    • SCCM;
    • Intune;
    • ServiceNow or any ticketing system.
