Our client, of an Aerospace manufacturing industry is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join their team.100% RemotePay Range: $50/hr on W2What’s the Job?
Plans, develops, and conducts technical training in accordance with customer needs and requirements.
Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements and develops training proposals.
Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials.
Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants in classrooms, workshops and computer based training.
Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.
Develops and documents training standards and specifications.dentifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.
Develops technical training proposals.
Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials.
Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.
Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training.
Supports developing and documenting training standards and specifications.
Requirements:
F/A-18 Avionics Experience
