Within this broad context the vital mission of the National IT Services is to deliver superior value to our customers through world-class IT services and solutions that are responsive to business needs, adaptive to change, and essential to the mission of the Federal Reserve System.Job Summary:Accountable for managing the services and portfolio of applications and infrastructure aligned with an internal Business Partners. Provide specialized technical services through knowledge and expertise focused on defining and improving client technology needs or product vision and strategy. Identify client business improvement opportunities by managing integration of emerging services. Define and deliver tools, products, platforms, processes and capabilities that directly influence efficiency of the portfolio. Create methodologies and best practices to ensure delivery of products and/or services aligned with IT standards. Technology Services Manager (TSM) requires a seasoned professional with a full understanding of IT industry practices. Requires high level of experience and proficiency in field.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Develops and maintains business relationships with critical clients/vendors and represents client/vendor interests in the planning and implementation of services. May manage matrixed teams in the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Proactively identifies new service needs, assists in defining product vision and strategy, and represents client in technology planning efforts.
- Actively resolves and tracks the completion of events, changes, problems, incidents, and requests within appropriate process guidelines. Coordinates business requirements and scope and participates in cross-functional teams to ensure product adherence to business requirements.
- Effectively communicates with clients and other resources to update and maintain progress status. Provide input / status updates to senior leadership and executives during project design, build, and testing phases.
- Serves as primary technical point of contact for all infrastructure services. Ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost effective and efficient services. Facilitates and coordinates planning, and implementation efforts related to client`s needs.

- Decision Making: Works under direction and guidance in planning details of procedures and methods to attain definite objectives. Makes decisions within established or widely accepted standards. Achieves assigned/planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, training, business principles, and practical experience.
- Working Conditions: Will require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
- Physical Demands: Requires some degree of sitting (for prolonged periods of time), standing, lifting carrying, pushing, pulling less than 20 lbs.
- Hours of Work: May require extended work hours. Occasional travel including overnight stays may be necessary.
- On-call rotation will be required.
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident status is required.
- The hiring range for this role is: $87,200 - $109,000 for Associate level, $98,100 - $122,600 for Experienced level, and $109,000 - $136,300 for Senior level.
- For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
- Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 6 to 9+ years of relevant work experience.
- Highly Preferred Education/Experience: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience with 6 to 9+ years of relevant work experience.
