Role: Test ManagerWork Location: St. Louis, MOONSITE FROM DAY 115+ years of experience in testing, test automation, automation of APIs, development of required frameworks and usage of various automation of tools, for eg., TOSCAAbility to closely track the progress of automation script development w.r.t tight schedules and milestonesExperience coaching/mentoring team members on automation while enabling on time delivery from the teamAble to overcome impediments working closely with onsite lead, track to closurePerform code reviews, resolve automation/tool issuesDemonstrate the completed automation scripts to customer at regular intervalsConsistent, transparent status updates shared to customer stakeholdersWork very closely with offshore team, drive the execution plan w.r.t milestones, co-ordinate with client teams in overcoming impediments, etc.
