Administrative Assistant – Engineering/Construction Company (Full-Time)

Position Details:
Location: Bozeman
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time plus benefits(health/401k)
Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to our construction and engineering team
Managing correspondence, scheduling, and office communications
Assisting with procurement of office supplies and equipment
Coordinating meetings and maintaining organized records
Supporting various office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional administrative assistant
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and office management tools
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
