Beldi hiring servers, Line cooks, Dish team

In preparation for the Summer season, we are looking to bring on a few more team members.

For servers and hosts we look for individuals whom are warm and inviting, have an interest in wine knowledge, and focus on the small details that often go unnoticed but lead to a great experience. A basic understanding of Toast and RESY platforms is a bonus.

For Cooks, Prep cooks and Dish Pit, we are looking for good organization of day and station set up. Good organization throughout prep and service, station cleanliness, attention to detail and a desire to learn.

For all interviews we like to bring in candidates for a paid working interview which helps all people involved determine if it's a good fit. This also helps determine the position that is best suited for the candidate and determine a starting pay rate. As a small independently owned restaurant the team gelling well together is super important. We are looking to reopen in 2 weeks
