LABORER WANTED WITH FISHING PERKS

Learn how to build a drift boat from scratch. Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented laborer that is interested in a boat building position. No experience is necessary, we will train on the job.

Work hours M-Th 7-5. Starting pay at $18/hr. Approximately six-month paid training process.

Additional performance raises based on work ethic and reliability at 3 and 6 months; at the first year; then yearly raises after. Lots of room at the company for employee growth. Potential of making $26 an hour.

Six (6) paid holidays per year. Vacation accrual after 1 year at 5 days per year. Paid 1/2 hour lunch. Retirement employee contribution available after 6 months; generous employer match after a year. Full-time, year-round, no layoffs.

Boats are available for personal use on a scheduled basis. Major fishing brand industry discounts available. Paid day off for company fishing trip each year.
