Bouncer/Door Person

We are looking for someone to join our staff down at The Rhino for our push into the busier time of year. The job is for a door person/bouncer. The duties include: checking IDs, enforcing bar rules, clearing tables after guest leave, effectively communicating and pacifying situations between customers if they arise (pretty rare occurrence), taking care of messes that may occur, and cleaning duties to close down the bar at the end of the night. The position is part time. Usual hours are from 8:45pm until around 2:30am. The nights are most likely going to be Thursday through Saturday. There will be a need for occasional coverage for people taking time off. The pay is $11/hr plus tips. Tips can be from anywhere between $10-25 a hour depending on the season.
