Cannabis Harvest Assistant – Seasonal Farm Work

We are a regenerative cannabis farm in the Missoula Valley seeking hard-working, reliable crew members for our 2025 harvest.

This is a seasonal position running from Monday, August 18 through early October (target completion October 3, but may extend slightly if needed). Candidates must be available for the entire harvest period without gaps.

What the work involves:

Cutting and moving cannabis plants from the field into refrigerated storage

Trimming excess leaves and breaking down plants for freezing

Working in cold storage (-20°F) for portions of the day

Lifting, bending, repetitive physical tasks for hours at a time

Shifts will generally be 8 hours, but could be up to 10 hours depending on harvest needs

Start times as early as 5:00 AM

Work will be outdoors in all weather and inside cold trailers

Requirements:

Able to commit to the full harvest schedule

Reliable transportation to our farm in the Missoula Valley

Comfortable with heavy physical labor, repetitive tasks, and both hot and cold environments

Montana Cannabis Worker Permit is required to work; not required to apply. Applicants with permits will be given priority.

Pay:

$20/hour
