Clothing Enthusiast/Specialist Needed!

Bozeman's BEST secondhand stores, Cash4Clothes Bozeman, & Do Overs, are looking for enthusiastic, curious people with great character to join our thriving operation.

Current position needed: Clothing specialist, full time

Overview: We are seeking someone with a strong foundational knowledge of clothing, brands, vintage, western, and the Bozeman aesthetic to join our team at Do Overs and Cash4Clothes, with the goal of learning all about our clothing pipeline and how to expertly sort, select, and purchase clothing for all of our businesses. If you have SOME or all of this knowledge and are smart, enthusiastic, and excited to learn, we encourage you to apply!

The ideal candidate:

- Is enthusiastic and thinks it's cool to care

- Is flexible and doesn't mind shifting gears when needed

- Wants to learn about business and contribute to a growing company

- Has knowledge of brands, fashion, vintage, or some combination

- Can take initiative without going rogue

- Is detail-oriented and willing to take time to do something right the first time.

- Can be on their feet and keep moving pretty much all day.

- Is hungry for feedback and learning, and is excited to put discretionary effort towards this position.

Other requirements

- Must be willing to work at least one weekend day. Willing to work both weekend days to start would be a big plus.

- Must be wanting to work at least four days per week

- Must be willing to work at both locations (Do Overs & Cash4Clothes) and have reliable transportation.

- We want someone who is seeking at least a one year commitment.

- We cannot hire anyone who will need to significantly change or scale back their schedule when school starts.

- No major trips or absences planned for the first 60 days of employment.

Our shifts start between 9:30-10:30 and end between 4:30-6 p.m. Start date for this position is between now and mid-July. We'd like to get someone going to be ready and confident in certain skills by mid-August.
