Customer Service Rep

A local insurance agency is seeking a full time Customer Service Rep. Part Time a possibility.

Work schedule is M-Th 8:30am- 5pm, and Friday’s 8:30am-1PM, there is an hour lunch from 12pm-1pm (M-Th) when we close the office.

Paid time off and 401k available after 1 year of employment. Opportunity to become a licensed agent paid for by the company with great opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations

Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records

Provide excellent customer service

Organize and streamline office processes

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Outlook

Experience in financial handling and customer service

Strong organizational and communicaiton skills
