Customer Service Representative

Job Description

This position will be a part of our Marketing Team and will require strong customer service skills. As our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer calls and emails as well as social media inquiries. You will also assist with online order discrepancies by responding directly to the customers and working with the store teams to correct future order issues. In order to thrive in this position, you should have strong computer skills and a background in customer service and/or retail sales. If you are an outgoing, detail oriented person who can assist our guests in a patient, enthusiastic, and accurate manner, we want to talk to you!

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the knowledge of how to diffuse upset customers and difficult situations
• Strong customer service skills
• Retail experience preferred
• Must have proper phone etiquette
• Familiar with all social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat etc.
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in typing and computer skills
• Knowledge of North 40 company background and product categories
• Physical ability to sit for long periods of time while viewing a computer monitor, as well as using phone regularly
• Capacity to work on multiple projects and prioritize projects based on importance with or without direction
• Initiative, diligence and focus on producing results
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions via written, oral or schedule form

Additional Information
