This exciting role involves supporting our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programs. The EAM Technician will oversee work order processes from planning to completion, leverage inspection and performance data to develop and maintain asset integrity and reliability programs with a focus on preventive maintenance, and act as a subject matter expert on EAM systems.We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. The ability to work effectively both in a team environment and on self-directed tasks is essential.Responsibilities

Manage service request/work order process within EAM systems to ensure work is being performed consistently, efficiently and to completion.

Perform high level planning and scheduling for Maintenance.

Coordinate and oversee equipment refurbishment process.

Own EAM metrics and lead weekly review meeting.

Create and manage Preventive Maintenance records and Job Plans.

Create forms for routine inspections and other preventive maintenance items.

Act as point of contact for ‘how to’ questions within EAM systems.

Manage external service Preventative Maintenance that requires a purchase order.

Assist in development and maintenance of an inventory system.

Assist in the development of an equipment criticality matrix.

Provide recommendations regarding preventive maintenance measures for equipment.

Develop lubrication program for applicable equipment.

Develop an infrared thermography program.

Assist maintenance and engineering departments in analysis of equipment, troubleshooting and documentation of equipment changes.

Assist or perform Root Cause Failure Analysis on equipment and systems.

Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

High School diploma or GED

4+ years of experience in Production, Operations, Maintenance, and/or Engineering or related field

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or Information Systems

Demonstrated aptitude for technology with proven IT or OT skills

Hands-on experience with Maximo or SAP

In-depth knowledge of enterprise asset management best practices

Experience working with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server 2019

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
