GL Solutions seeks a software Sales Executive to build trust and solve problems in complex business-to-business and business-to-government sales engagements. Strong communication skills and a personal drive to succeed are essential. You must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Bring your experience building relationships with clients in a software and/or business sales process to our growing company. Earn a yearly gross compensation ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 DOE, plus incentive based on job performance, and receive a generous leave time, retirement and health insurance package.
In this position, you prospect for new clients, discuss their problems and promote solutions from the company's products and services. You execute a defined solution-selling process that begins with qualifying a prospect based on alignment between their needs and company products and services. The sales process includes organizing and delivering collateral and software demonstrations of many varieties to match customer requirements: online and onsite, large and small groups, formal and informal settings. You work to understand and to help your prospect overcome their objections, and to navigate procurement processes. Proven experience in government/business enterprise software sales and demonstration is desired.
