Estimator Position – Level Pro Construction

Level Pro Construction, a specialty contractor in drywall, painting, and framing, is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team.

This role will start as a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) during training, with the expectation of transitioning to full-time (35 hours per week) once fully trained. During peak periods, up to 40 hours may be required, though overtime is neither mandatory nor offered—we believe in a healthy work-life balance and encourage our employees to enjoy their time off. We also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate individual needs.

Experience & Training:

Prior experience in reading building plans (especially architectural sheets), specifications, estimating, or working in the field is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential.
