FOH Assistant Manager

Your Role

As Assistant Front of House Manager, you’ll work closely with the manager and team to:

Lead and support the front-of-house team during busy shifts

Ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations

Assist with staff training, rota planning, and opening/closing procedures

Handle cashing up, stock checks, and light admin tasks

Be a hands-on team player who leads by example

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers

Experienced in hospitality or retail (ideally in a supervisory role)

A strong communicator and natural team leader

Calm under pressure and great at multitasking

Passionate about food, coffee, and customer experience
