General Laborer - Home renovation (fix and flip)

I need a hardworking individual to help with a fix-and-flip renovation project. The job will involve various tasks, including:

Painting, drywall repair, and carpentry

Flooring installation

General handyman work and finishing touches

Requirements:

Experience in home renovations, handyman work, or general labor preferred

Ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor

Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Own basic tools (preferred but not required)

I am looking for the hardest working individual that does good work for a reasonable price.
