General Manager – Hooked Sushi (Downtown Bozeman)

Hooked is a locally owned sushi restaurant built on fresh ingredients, great energy, and genuine hospitality. Since opening in 2021, we’ve mixed Eastern tradition with Western flair — and we’re looking for a hands-on, people-driven GM to help lead our team and guide us into our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily operations and guest experience

- Hire, train, and develop a strong FOH/BOH team

- Manage inventory, scheduling, and financials

- Collaborate with ownership on marketing and events

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and top-tier service standards

Who You Are:

- 2+ years management experience

- Strong leader with great communication and organization skills

- Passionate about food, people, and community
