Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining WSI and contract properties’ exterior premises in a neat, clean and safe appearance for our customers and employees. Landscaping enhancements improve the village appearance and guest experience. The grounds department works out of the Maintenance Shop (Wood Shop) located adjacent to the Maple parking lot. Parts of the work space are located on the ground floor, while offices, restrooms and inventory storerooms are located on the second floor and accessed via stairway.
