HOOKED is hiring sushi rollers to join our back-of-house team! We’re a small, family-owned restaurant with a love for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a fun, fast-paced kitchen. If you’re passionate about food, have kitchen experience, and are excited to learn (or grow) in the art of sushi, we’d love to connect.

What we’re looking for:

- Some kitchen experience required—sushi rolling experience is a plus but not required

- Strong knife skills and attention to detail

- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

-Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
