Looking for one or two carpenters

Looking to hire on one or two carpenters, we do just about anything involving wood in custom new residential builds. All work is in big sky with one hour drive time paid daily. Pay is depending on experience but not opposed to teaching someone new if they have the initiative. Not looking for employees, but Independent contractors to join onto a existing team. Own hand tools required but everything else will be provided. Pay schedule is every 2 weeks with invoices being on Friday and pay day is the monday following. (3 days later)
