Qualifications:
· This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail
· The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, Word, and office equipment
· Working knowledge of office equipment
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
· Self-starter
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· High School or Equivalent education completion
· A minimum of 1 year experience in administrative assistant duties
· Responsibilities
· Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our administrative offices by assisting in daily office responsibilities in our A/R Department
· The ideal candidate will be hard-working, professional, and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks
· Prepare Excel spreadsheets for weekly A/R reports
· Apply payments to accounts
· E-mail invoices to customers as needed
· Prepare certified mail receipts and updating of customer information on returned mail
· Assisting with routine audits
· Miscellaneous filing
· Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant will improve the efficiency of day-to-day operation of our office
