Park Avenue Bakery is looking for a motivated, hard working, detail oriented individual for help in our pastry and breakfast departments. Baking experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Duties in breakfast will include mixing and making doughs, starters, laminating croissants, danish, puff pastry, and baking. Duties for pastry will include baking, filling and finishing cakes, cookies, and finishing items for our pastry case. Must be able to stand for 8 hours, lift 50 lbs and have a flexible schedule. Job will include some weekend shifts. Position will be 35 - 40 hours per week, and will start as soon as possible. Food and beverage discounts, as well as a tip share.
