Production Manager – Events & Installations

We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the planning, setup, and execution of large-scale

installations for a dynamic and fast-growing event company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a natural ability to lead teams, and understands how to bring complex setups to life in remote or off-grid locations.

This job does require frequent travel

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site production teams during installs and breakdowns

Coordinate pre-event logistics including load plans, equipment staging, and labor assignments

Communicate clearly with suppliers, team members, and leadership to ensure timely and safe execution of all project phases

Oversee inventory movement, equipment maintenance, and field operations

Ensure quality control standards and timelines are met

Adapt to changing conditions in the field while maintaining professionalism and efficiency

Support client-facing needs with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Proven experience managing crews in event production, construction, or outdoor activations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Comfortable with power tools and basic construction knowledge

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work long hours, including weekends, in varied weather conditions

This is a full time seasonal role with potential for long-term placement for the right candidate. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
