C’s Exterior Designs is looking for a reliable, hands-on Project Lead to help keep our exterior remodeling projects running smoothly. If you're experienced in siding, roofing, windows—or just love working outdoors and getting the job done right—we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Visit job sites around the area to check in on progress

Help keep crews on track and jobs running safely and on time

Communicate clearly with subcontractors and homeowners

Pitch in when needed with hands-on work or equipment transport

Haul trailers and materials between locations

Be the go-to person on-site for problem-solving and keeping things moving

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in exterior remodeling (siding, roofing, windows, etc.)

Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in variable outdoor conditions

Clean driving record + experience hauling trailers

Good with people and organized on the go

Willing to travel locally (mostly in and around Billings – overnight travel is rare)
