Job Description
A Human Resources Administrative/Recruiting Assistant supports HR and the Recruitmentteam with a variety of tasks related to employee recruitment, onboarding, and other duties as assigned.

Recruitment- Handle and process Applicants through the entire candidate experience lifecycle
- Prepare and post job online through our ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Initial applicant screening and tracking and forwarding applications and/or recommending for in-store interviews for the Stores
- Assist with phone interviews for Store floor positions
- Answer all applicant/candidate questions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including travel for fly-in candidates
- Create interview packets, send calendar invites to interviewers, and ensure the interviewees have all of the information they need
- Complete reference checks for all Corporate Office positions and potential hires as well as assist the stores with reference checks at each location as needed
- Coordinate hiring activities as needed

Onboarding/Background Checks- Responsible for assisting with new hire onboarding for both Corporate and Store employees, including auditing the process
- Office Tour Corporate employees
- Responsible for processing background checks and notifying appropriate individuals when there is an alert
- Update recruiting calendars daily for phone screens that are scheduled
- Other misc. duties as assigned
Mailing out any requested documents, handbooks, etc. for store teams or mail out requests for HR Staff members
General filing
Update and maintain all physical and electronicinterviewrecords
Managecandidate and interview records,maintain an updated and organized filing system
Miscellaneous Duties
Complete all assigned training weekly
AssistHR/Recruitingwith duties as assigned
Refer all calls to the appropriate resource either on the HR Team or outside of the HR Team
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge and familiarity of ATS (applicant tracking systems) as well as Microsoft Programs with an emphasis on Excel
- Understanding of what it requires to assist with correspondence, keep records, make appointments, and carry out similar tasks

Physical Ability
: Sitting for extended periods (over 2 hours), infrequently required to climb, stoop, bend, reach, sit or stand, while handling light objects, and occasionally up to 25 lb boxes.
