Looking for self motivated people.

Experience preferred but not necessary if eager to learn.

We do mostly roofing with shingles and standing seam metal, occasionally single ply membrane, Cedar shake or other designer materials. We also do some siding, facia, soffit and other carpentry occasionally. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, not afraid of heights, can learn quickly and anticipate the next task, capable of lifting 80lbs repeatedly , working a day in the sun or cold, and have a eye for detail. We are proud of what we do and expect quality work. This is a full time position. Our work is mostly in the Missoula and the Bitterroot valleys. Learn a trade that is always needed! We are willing to train the right person with opportunities for advancement. We have a great crew with a positive work environment. Pay based on experience and fast raises for those who know how to work. Bonus Pay available per project based on personal performance. Interested?
