Looking for hard working individuals to fill vacancies on painting crews.

Job Requirements:

:Reliable transportation to and from shop at four corners, or to job sites in town

Transportation will be provided if further distances are required

:Driver’s license

:Cell phone

:Must be able to show up to work on time

:Good attitude

:Workers that understand that hard work will be rewarded in kind. Workers who show initiative and hard work will be rewarded with bonuses and pay increases.

:Focus on safety: If you use your head, it is possible to be productive without getting hurt. In ten years of business, Brinkman Painting has not had a work-related injury. Come to work, and plan to return home safely.

:Overtime will often be available, but very rarely required (on average, once every couple of months)

As a general description, I want to have hard working, detail-oriented employees, and I want to financially reward them for that hard work.
