Work Hard/Ski hard: Bierstube kitchen help needed

Looking to work hard and play hard this winter? The Bierstube on Big Mountain are hiring kitchen positions for the upcoming winter season. The Bierstube, located in the Village at Whitefish Mountain Resort, is a classic North American ski bar. Great food and drink served in a casual, fun space make for a great working environment. We are a PRIVATELY RUN, team-based operation, and are high-volume, especially when it snows!

Our kitchen workers are an invaluable part of our operation. Duties will include prepping, cooking, bussing, dishwashing, and occasional bar-backing. A strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others are mandatory. Competitive wages are supplemented with a generous tip-pool allocation, allowing our kitchen staff to make higher than industry standards.

We value our employees as individuals. Availability is very important, but we are flexible with our scheduling. Both full and part-time positions are availble.

Kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Our casual menu allows our kitchen position to be a great introduction to high-volume, team-based food and beverage service. A passion for winter sports is a must!
