Caregiver supervisor is responsible for coordinating the general operations of the agency and ensuring that the internal clients (team members) and external clients are satisfied and engaged, procurement of staff, onboarding of new

staff members, onboarding of new clients, daily service planning/scheduling, time and

attendance reconciliation and preparation for billing & payroll. He/she is experienced in

a health care related field and would have the knowledge, experience, and ability to

effectively communicate and administer the operations of the agency.

LINE RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Wellness Manager, Administrator &, CEO

Supervises: Preceptors, Life Enhancement Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants,

Home Health Aides, Sitters/Companions and Interns.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Coordinating the duties of the administrative and caregiving employees.

2. Implementing communications procedures between departments and

developing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency throughout the agency.

3. Responsible for the integration of the agency’s programs and/or services into

the overall plan for the delivery of care ensuring that operation plans are

consistent with the agency’s goals which include:

A. Develops, implements, coordinates, and integrates schedules to provide

services.

B. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, standards of practice,

policies, and procedures.

C. Implements new programs as indicated by changes in the industry and as

directed by the top leadership.

4. Implements, reviews, and provides information regarding policies and

procedures that guide and support the provision of services in the field.

5. Assesses the need for adequate resources to provide services effectively.

6. Communicates internal and external changes in the agency to

High School Degree/ GED

Excellent Computer skills

Excellent CNA/ skill in rehab.
