What does a successful Agile Coach do at Fiserv?Agile Coach focuses on planning, leading, organizing, and motivating the Agile Teams to become high performing teams focused on delivering value to their customers and a relentless pursuit of improvement and innovation.What you will do:Mobilize and Advise on framework, teams’ composition, & roles, plus timeline boundaries & events cadence

Facilitate workshops on Agile topics including Story Mapping, MVPs, Release Planning, estimation

Story-Writing Workshop with Leads/teams

Facilitate leadership discussions to identify staff for teams

Collaborate on Agile project management configuration for Jira, V1, etc.

Establish team working agreements like mission & purpose, ‘definition of done,’ ‘definition of ready’

Foster alignment on initial key performance metrics and information radiators

Influence Process Execution, Advise on team mechanics and program layer

Mentor Scrum Master, Product Champions, and other team members

Establish groups to enable good epic/feature/story production and start a story production pipeline

Co-facilitate and support planning quarterly release planning with the Delivery Manager

Collaborate on release planning and dependency management

Lead facilitation of team Agile events, eventually handing-off to the Scrum Master

Establish cross-training for team members

Improve feedback loops; solicit and act on feedback provided frequently

Support quality and defect tracking and resolution

Support implementation of testing framework / as much automation as possible

What you will need to have:On-the-job experience in mentoring others and coaching Agile projects and training others in Agile methodology

Experience learning from and training peers to share learning and knowledge across teams

Knowledge of concepts and application of Agile methodology for project management to be able to design, implement, and manage projects

Knowledge of Agile management tools and ability to begin applying knowledge

Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping and knowledge of Customer Journey mapping, used to diagram or depict the stages of the customer experience when interacting with an organization or company providing a product or service

Knowledge of Value Realization for Agile delivery, defined as the value extracted from a process or project shown over time
