Aviation Parts Clerk

Revv Aviation is looking for an organized and detail oriented Parts Clerk to join its growing team in Council bluffs. The Parts Clerk will assist the Parts Manager by tracking inventory, providing accurate quotes to customers, ordering parts, entering invoices, and coordinating logistics for shipments. This person will also research and work with various vendors to locate and obtain parts efficiently and cost effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

Locate, price, and order parts for all incoming requests.

Track incoming and outgoing inventory and maintain inventory log.

Ship, receive, and track parts and cores.

Utilize Quickbooks to create, send, and track invoices.

Research and call vendors to locate needed parts.

Initiate purchase orders.

Occasional local travel to pick up parts.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Prior parts experience preferred

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Quickbooks experience preferred
