Practice Partner (Territory Sales) 2

Job Summary: The Practice Partner (Territory Sales) 2 is responsible for generating referral and evaluation growth in their assigned region by executing sales and networking events while using a consultative and collaborative sales approach. Will be responsible for execution of territory strategy, market analysis, overseeing educational events and making daily calls to prospective referral sources. Responsible for coaching and mentorship of Practice Partner 1.

Responsibilities: Core Duties: Build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships to create lifelong business partners that will continue to utilize ATI as their preferred PT partner. Create opportunities to drive incremental growth in assigned region Coach and further develop Practice Partner 1 team members. Provide market intel. Effectively utilize technical and social media platforms to create visibility to provide value to referral sources. Qualifications: Education Required: Associates degree or equivalent in exercise science/physiology, sports/performance training, kinesiology or in progress toward a related Bachelor's degree. Preferred Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of Healthcare sales or service experience. Previous sales experience in the healthcare industry, service industry sales, as a licensed healthcare provider, or military experience.

Ability to thrive in a metrics driven sales environment.
