As one team, we share the challenges and rewards that come from growing our company, which reinforces our culture of ownership.CGI is looking for a computer and information systems manager to help drive the mission forward on a program we support for the Air Force.Your future duties and responsibilities:Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.Communicates the goals, policies, and procedures of the company to the CIS team; develops plans to implement these needs.Evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements.Oversees backup, security, and user help systems.Remains current on advances in technology.Provides technical support to users.Prepares and delivers operational or project progress reports.Implements and oversees operational budget and expenditures.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field required.8+ yrs of experience in a similar roleTop Secret/SCI security clearance and US citizenship are requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Thorough understanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, activities, and procedures.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training.As a Federal Contractor, all members of CGI Federal, regardless of role or work location are required to be fully vaccinated, with the exception of those with approved medical or religious accommodations.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
