Corporate HR Training & Compliance DirectorPurpose and Scope/General Summary: The Corporate HR Training & Compliance Director will assist the Head of Human Resources of Fed Beef in supporting our field Human Resources in training and compliance. This role can be based in Greeley, CO; Cactus, TX; or Grand Island, NE.Responsibilities:

Oversee the new hire onboarding program and annual training for hourly team members, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.

Collaborate with plant training managers and operations to understand and address onboarding and training needs.

Train, mentor, and evaluate plant training managers, overseeing all aspects of the training department's daily operations in line with company SOPs.

Conduct regular visits to beef facilities in Hyrum, Cactus, Grand Island, and Greeley.

Deliver leadership training to salaried team members as needed.

Assist the Head of Fed Beef Human Resources with ethics line investigations at the plant level.

Perform periodic audits of procedures, policies, and compliance to ensure efficiency and legal compliance; provide feedback and gap analysis to enhance HR productivity.

Innovate and improve training and compliance processes, enhancing the employee experience, company standards, policies, and overall process improvement.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

50-55 hours per week

Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time

Qualifications:

Experience in a management role within the manufacturing industry

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex analyses independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Broad knowledge of human resource policies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation abilities

Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Hands-on and detail-oriented approach

Bilingual ability is a plus

Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k) : company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

Base salary range of $95,000-$115,000 ; and

Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
