OverviewCHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.Catholic Health Initiatives is a part of CommonSpirit®, one of the nation's largest health systems dedicated to advancing health for all people.Responsibilities

Outpatient only

Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week

Average of 20-24 patient visits per day

4 or 4 1/2 day work week

Qualifications

One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care

Bilingual in Spanish highly desired

Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program

Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization

Nebraska License required

Nebraska DEA required

BLS
