Basic FunctionThe Operations Analyst is a multi-skilled candidate responsible for managing operational and data processes for our Licensing Operation group on all related Wolters Kluwer and third-party content. This role is responsible for content set up, auditing, and maintenance throughout product lifecycle.Essential Duties and responsibilities

Ensure seamless flow of key metadata between back-office systems, content platforms and customer facing sites.

Support the process of regular communication with multiple stakeholders on everyday issues as well as monitor content issues that affect the company.

Maintain content currency by performing audits to ensure that our journals and books are properly shown on the multiple platforms we utilize.

Identify and work to implement efficiencies with time and money across licensing operations.

Evaluate the overall operational function to identify problems and help create solutions.

Communicate with internal groups as well as external vendors with critical business information

Serve as go to person on questions regarding the content setup and maintenance process.

Support the finance, product management, and pricing teams to plan and implement required contract compliance processes.

Works under general supervision to handle licensing operation process.

Provide coaching to other associates in respect to departmental processes

Other DutiesPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor.Job Qualifications

Knowledge of the professional publishing industry, specifically book and journal metadata is preferred

Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) skills - knowledge of reporting functions and pivot tables

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required

Excellent verbal and written communications

Experience in managing complex relationships and business processes.

Proficiency streamlining complex and disparate data sources into easy-to-use reports.

Ability to use Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
