Handyman / Property Maintenance / Shop Assistant

We are a multi-company organization looking for someone to work doing a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

-Property maintenance at commercial & residential locations – roof leak sealing, concrete sealing…

-Office cleaning

-Light handyman jobs – gutter cleaning, furnace filter changes…

-Cleaning & paint prepping cars

-Landscape maintenance – weed control, fall cutbacks, some mowing, spring clean-ups…

-Other tasks as needed- hauling bumpers & aluminum for recycling …
