IT Delivery Manager

We combine human0centered design, powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.The Catalyst team is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team as a full-time employee in Omaha NE. The selected individual will play a key role with one of our strategic partners in the industry to drive and manage services provided by Concentrix and Concentrix customer.Responsibilities

Manages communication with leadership on status of plans and activity.

Presents information on projects, initiatives or other subjects to peers, teams, and leadership.

Develops, recommends, and implements strategic initiatives associated with improving practices.

Manages the establishment and development of policies, establishes schedules and collaborates with stakeholders on content and processes.

Provides structure, feedback and direction while creating clear and measurable goals.

Holds self and contingent team/ vendors accountable.

Contributes to organization's body of knowledge on process design, modeling, execution, monitoring and optimization.

Translates broader business initiatives into clear team objectives and concrete goals that align appropriately with other groups for efficient/ coordinated action.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.

Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.

Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives.

Expert knowledge and demonstrated application of all facets of systems development lifecycle and technology operations.

Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software across multiple teams.

Collaboratively and objectively assesses benefits, costs, and viability of proposed solution options and drives alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders.

Minimum Required

10 plus years related experience within a technical field/project management area/ Delivery space.

3 plus+ years management, team lead, or other equivalent leadership experience.

Experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules, and associated project materials.

Experience with cloud based IT Projects (Azure preferred)
