We need compliant general contractor with updated GC License to renovate and remodel a property in Shenandoah, IA 51601.

The major works include Roofing, Flooring, Carpentry: Doors & Window Installation, Drywall and Siding Repairs etc.

The project is estimated worth more than $40K.

THE CONTRACTOR NEEDS TO BE INSURED. NEED DOCUMENTATION COMPLETED PRIOR TO STARTING WORK.

Contractors need to follow certain photos rules, the before, during, and after photos as mentioned in the scope.

After completion of the work the general contractor needs to sign a paper provided by the realtor that the work is completed up to the mark, maintaining good workmanship.
