To ensure safety and compliance on all our sites, all candidates must have valid Working at Heights and WHMIS certifications. Personal protective equipment is also required, including a hard hat, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility gear. You’ll be expected to come prepared and ready to meet industry-standard safety protocols every day.

Although not mandatory, having your own reliable vehicle is a strong asset, as you may be required to travel to various job sites throughout the region. We strive to organize crews efficiently, but being able to get to different work locations independently can open up more flexibility for scheduling and work opportunities.
