Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose.Job DescriptionAt Olsson, we help our clients navigate the complexities of environmental regulations and incorporate environmental stewardship into project design. We provide expertise in the National Environmental Policy Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, and other federal environmental regulations, allowing our clients to develop projects that not only meet their needs but consider environmental resources in their designs.As a NEPA Lead for our Environmental team, you will be the overall lead on NEPA projects with a focus on project execution, quality, winning repeat work, and managing key client accounts. You will also support marketing and business development efforts, supervise/direct professionals and technical staff, and promote efficiencies in producing quality work. You will collaborate across various teams and/or offices, mentor and train others on complex work, and may travel to job sites for field work. NEPA, environmental, or general experience specific to transportation projects and PEL grants, telecommunication projects, and water resources projects is a plus.We will consider candidates interested in being located near any office within the Olsson footprint. Additionally, a remote position will be considered.QualificationsYou are passionate about:

Experience leading agency meetings
Experience solving complex environmental problems
Background in NEPA and at least 4 years of experience leading NEPA projects
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, natural resources, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry
Experience serving as a project manager
