We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who’s ready to take ownership, drive results, and grow their career with a stable and respected logistics company right here in Norfolk, Nebraska.

Position Highlights:

- Evening Shift: Monday–Friday (Rotate Saturday)

- Hours: 8:00 PM – Until work is completed

- Pay Range: $55,000–$58/year + Quarterly Bonus Potential

Your Daily Impact

- Lead and supervise warehouse associates for safety, productivity, and accuracy

- Hire, train, and coach new team members

- Manage labor costs, scheduling, and performance goals

- Oversee shipping/receiving and ensure all customer orders are met

- Conduct safety meetings and uphold company work rules

- Handle daily reporting, payroll closeout, and data entry

- Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Has 1+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution, production

- Is a natural leader with strong communication and coaching skills

- Can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Is comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse setting (lifting up to 75 lbs.)

- Has solid computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- Brings a positive attitude and passion for safety and teamwork
