Job Title: Packaging WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Packaging Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging, general labor, or a related field and will be responsible for stacking cases onto pallets, applying correct labels, and verifying lot numbers and labels. This role requires physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a production facility.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Experience in packaging, general labor, farm hand, warehouse, construction, batching, mixing, fertilizer, operator, machine operator, stacking, labelling
Minimum 1+ year farm or outdoor work environment OR 1+ year in production facility operating machine
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to stand and do physical work all day, plus overtime

The team size will grow from 4 to 30 when fully staffed. The dress code includes jeans and steel-toe shoes. The standard hours are 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, with extended hours of 6am-4:30pm during the busy season (June/July), and occasional Saturday shifts from 6am-11am.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
