Processing Associate

What does a successful Processing Associate do at Fiserv?As a Processing Associate, you will help process internal and external work from our clients. You will be entering, balancing, and reviewing clients work for errors before exporting files to the core banking systems. You will also be cross trained and help to support work in other IP departments.What you will do:

Process daily Client volume including Keying & Balancing of work

Assure that all accounts are being processed following established procedures and compliance controls

Perform daily quality verification checks

Ensure that daily client deadlines are met

Assist with testing and training for new clients and revisions to existing clients

Work with clients and partners to continual evaluate processing instructions and requirements and making improvements where applicable.

Work with the team in performing quarterly site risk assessments

Proactively evaluate potential problem situations and quickly address them to alleviate a negative impact to our clients and Fiserv

Basic background and knowledge in the banking industry, front end or back end
