Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Procurement Professional 2 -Requistion to Pay working in the Procurement Delivery team will work through procurement processes relative to supporting purchase requisitions, catalog purchasing, customer support, trainings and escalated requests. The Procurement Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Procurement Professional 2 -Requistion to Pay on the Procurement Delivery Team (PDT) key responsibilities will include but limited to the following. Training new associates on Coupa or aSSIST processes. due to M&A and changes with the organization. Will work with PDT leadership to identify, evaluate and implement work processes to improve efficiencies. Manage requisition Creation and managing escalations. Customer Service for internal stakeholders and suppliers; manage escalations and work with Executive Leadership. Requisition review to ensure accuracy and budgetary constraints. Purchase Order maintenance while utilizing both Coupa and Oracle. This role will also be on point for IT Review and other business unit requirements. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3-5 years of technical experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Solid communication ( written and oral) and organization skills

Experience managing customer service

Experience working with purchase order requistion process

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Coupa and Oracle

Additional InformationScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$57,700 - $79,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
