The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • 10+ years of work experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams in problem solving, project management, and business analysis
  • 7+ years of work experience with SDLC, Agile and related methodologies
  • Experience with migrating to new ERP systems
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience in testing applications, reports, and dashboards, and conducting usability studies
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements, analysis and business modeling
  • Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, act as a self-starter and work with little supervision
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing assignments appropriately to meet deadlines while adjusting to a rapidly changing environment

Core Responsibilities:Project Management & Tracking (Primary focus): The PM/BA will work with business and technology users to assist with the management and tracking of projects to introduce new technology, systems and processes. This includes:
  • Management of programs and individual projects to achieve business and project goals.
  • Definition of project scope, resourcing, deliverables, impact and business value as part of the overall business and technology roadmaps
  • Planning and tracking task execution, deliverables, issues and communication across vendors, business, and technology teams.
  • Communication of the status of deliverables, key issues, risks & dependencies.
Business Analysis (secondary focus): The PM/BA will participate in the requirements definition and testing of projects, including:
  • Gather high-level business requirements and defines scope during initial discovery by conducting meetings/interviews, and facilitating large group/cross-functional sessions with key users
  • Contributing to the business and technology roadmap and initiative planning
  • Document process requirements, data needs and business flows
  • Participation in testing to ensure that functional, processing and data requirements are met
  • Introducing technology to business users
