Description:In this function you will inspect manufactured products to ensure compliance and conformance to Quality standards. The person for this position will ensure product and processes are compliant with applicable standards, regulations and customer specifications.Responsibilities:Perform regular checks on in-process and finished products by established test methods

Evaluate compliance in regards to regulatory and customer specification for product weight.

Perform quality testing using laboratory measuring equipment – aW, pH and moisture

Calibration of equipment

Documentation and communication of inspection results

Monitor metal detector to ensure operating correctly

Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices

Other Information:-This job is 12 hour days. Once trained, you will have one day off during the week and weekends off. We will, on occasion, work a Saturday. Itall depends on orders. 1st Shift: Monday – 4:30 am to 3:30 pm. Tuesday through Friday – 3:15 am to 3:30 pm. 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm to 3:30am. Friday is usually a Sanitation day. This will require inspecting and testing equipment for cleanliness.Cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, etc. Calibrating thermometers and going through retain products.Skills:Production, Manufacturing, Mixing, OperatingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Must have manufacturing and production experience.Experience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
